Kotlarz, who has over 18 years of experience in the logistics industry, continued: “The proximity to all the major highways gives our current and future team members an easy commute from all areas of Duvall and St. Johns counties. According to Kotlarz, the building also has additional office space that will be available to the area’s thriving business community and a gym is also being built for shared-use of the building’s tenants. The new 65,000 square foot office is located at 7800 Belfort Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
